This privacy policy explains how Arcadia handles data used by the birth chart calculator, saved charts, celebrity chart tools, date explorer, contact form, and administrative operations.
1 - Birth chart data
To calculate a chart, Arcadia may process the date, time, place, latitude, longitude, timezone, language, and chart options entered in the form. This information is used to calculate and display astrological positions, houses, aspects, and generated interpretation notes.
If you save a chart while signed in, the chart data is associated with your account so you can find it again later. You can delete saved charts from your account area or contact Arcadia for help.
2 - Account and contact data
When you sign in, Arcadia may receive account identifiers such as your email address from the authentication provider. If you use the contact form, Arcadia receives the message content and contact details you submit so the request can be answered.
3 - Technical information
Arcadia may keep technical information such as language, requested tool, timestamps, user agent, and basic request details. This information is used for security, abuse prevention, debugging, analytics, and operational monitoring. Admin pages display it to authorized administrators only.
4 - Celebrity charts and public data
Celebrity chart pages use public or third-party birth data sources. They are provided as learning examples. When a source is shown, it is there to help readers evaluate the reliability of the public birth data.
5 - AI-assisted text
Arcadia may use AI assistance to draft or improve phrasing, structure, and generated interpretation text. AI assistance does not change the privacy status of chart data: birth data and account data should be treated as personal information when it can identify a person.
6 - Sharing and sale of data
Arcadia does not sell birth chart data. Data may be handled by technical service providers needed to run the website, authentication, hosting, email delivery, analytics, or security. These providers should only process data for the service purpose.
7 - Astrology disclaimer
Arcadia provides astrological calculations and interpretations for learning, reflection, and entertainment. The information is theoretical and indicative. It is not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or professional advice.
8 - Data requests
You can request access, correction, or deletion of personal data by using the contact form. Include enough information to identify the relevant account, saved chart, or request, but do not send sensitive documents unless Arcadia specifically asks for them.
9 - Updates
This policy may be updated as Arcadia changes its tools, logs, paid products, or service providers. The update date at the top of the page shows the latest published version.
